Professional development rooted in music, child development, and real classroom practice.
MusicaIQ PD was created to help early childhood educators use music with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose. We offer music-based professional development that is practical, research-informed, and genuinely useful in everyday educational settings.
Why this work exists
MusicaIQ PD was built on a simple idea: music is not an “extra.” It is one of the most powerful tools educators can use to support social-emotional growth, language development, classroom routines, engagement, and joyful learning.
Our courses are designed for educators who want strategies they can apply immediately, without needing a music degree, a mountain of prep time, or supernatural patience.
Through EIP-approved online courses and quality-assured professional development, MusicaIQ PD helps educators bring music into early childhood settings in ways that are developmentally meaningful, practical, and sustainable.
In other words: less fluff, more substance, and far fewer things that look nice in a brochure but collapse in a real classroom.
